No claims for labor, refrigerant or components will be honored. The receipt must accompany all warranty claims. 20% handling fee will be charged on acceptable returns. 1 year warranty on new compressors and 6 months warranty on rebuilt compressor purchased with drier, expansion valve and flushing system. No warranty on returns on electrical items. No adjustment without this invoice or after 5 days. No cash refunds issued only store credit or same item replacement. Any merchandise returned in un-saleable or abused condition will be returned to customer on a freight collect basis.

There are no other warranties expressed, implied or intended other than mention above. This warranty is subject to the following conditions and exclusions:

Freight

All orders for Osaka Air parts shipped to the customer's destination specified on the order and risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery into possession of the carrier. All shipping costs will be paid by the customer separately.

All risks of damage or loss will pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier regardless of whether the carrier is chosen by Osaka Air. All orders shall be deemed to incorporate these terms.

All shipments are FOB Osaka Air
