The evaporator’s primary function is to absorb the heat and the humidity from the vehicle’s cabin. Evaporators are usually manufactured from aluminum. It is very similar to the radiator, except it’s thicker in depth and smaller in length. It is generally located within the passenger’s cabin. The evaporator consists of a series of internal tubes with fins welded to them. Utilizing these tubes and welded fins it transports the refrigerant.
Osaka Air Company provides an ample variety of evaporators including exact fits for individual vehicle applications and the most standard types such as the universal parallel and serpentine flow.
